Please read this document carefully before registering or using any services on 47301. Continued use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: These Terms and Conditions are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. 47301 reserves the right to update this document at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications.
By accessing, registering, or using the 47301 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the services provided by 47301.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and 47301 as the platform operator. Your use of this service is also subject to Privacy Policy ours, which form part of this agreement in its entirety.
Account Creation and User Security
To access the full range of 47301 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts — whether by the same person or through a representative — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 47301 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform.
- Personal information provided during registration must be accurate and verifiable.
- You must notify the 47301 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
47301 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. Any unlawful use, fraudulent activity, or conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform is strictly forbidden.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using 47301:
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the game system, odds, or outcomes in any unfair manner.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Accessing the platform via VPN or proxy to circumvent designated geographical restrictions.
- Spreading false information about the platform or making defamatory statements against 47301.
47301 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the accounts involved without prior notice where circumstances require.
Payment Information and Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the 47301 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including FPX online banking and supported e-wallets.
All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to a prescribed verification process. 47301 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, to ensure account security and procedural compliance.
- Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the current policy stated in your account.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 47301 account holder.
- All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to separate bonus terms and conditions, including wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
- 47301 is not responsible for any delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
- Transactions suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Malaysian law.
Liability Limits and Account Management Policy

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 47301 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business disruption. 47301's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
47301 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, or technical issues beyond our control may cause temporary service unavailability.
Account Suspension and Closure
47301 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account under the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, request by the user themselves, or instruction from a competent authority. Suspended accounts may not carry out any transactions until the investigation is concluded. Any legitimate cash balance in a fairly closed account will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process, subject to applicable deductions where a breach has occurred.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the 47301 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of 47301 or our licensors. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 47301.

The 47301 platform may utilise third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and analytics providers. 47301 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies separately.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
